to change player speed go in maplist.csv from data/share and edit at MoveSpeed or AS
for change mob speed go in monster.csv from data/share/creature u have to edit 2 lines Y and Z
if u change speed on maps 2 speed for mobs follow u without press R is 10 or 11 at ur choice

it's not a must.
you can edit the mob speed and still walk slow (kinda stupid imo).
