ecSRO down????

hi all, I have few minutes ago restalled ecSRO, because I removed all the files, but I had wrong, now, I have all files again, but I have ecSRO down, why?
yesterday it was working, but, today not working, why????????????????????????????
I can't wait a new server on iSRO, so I want to play ecSRO, but is down
please help me and SRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH

lots of people says its only an inspection, that in 20 minutes server will be online again lets wait and see ;P
