I had Thorlon on my server and had him as a pm he worked his way up to become a DB Coder whitch he said he had skills in, just to warn everyone he dosent once he tried to steal Eurions Credit on a script he made and access the DB to make his mortal Chars Powerfull we were trying to have a civial Converstaion and told him that he might have to get rid of him after that he went onto the forums and deleted Over half of everyones postings and threads and did some damage so Just for a heads up keep an eye out for him
as he has no Skill at coding and only steals other people Credits


Asking Eurion not to delete as this is the safty of all eudemon servers so they do not have to go threw when he was a part of my staff

Piece of advice, don't get people you don't trust to be your right hand man. Let them come to the position. Give an evaluation time as a GM for 6 months or so, then if he survive that, give him a test and evaluate.

*Shakes Head* sad sad sad but okay eurion can delete or close i dont really mind but i know its u even if eurion wishs to do a ip check to see if ur the one stealing his Scripts trustt me i dont mind but i just cant believe u screwed me over then tried to say u dident do anything I know its u 100%

sadly it was done thru hamachi, if hamachi has any saved chat logs i have no problem showing them but not to sure where they would be stored

Little tip, For anyone.. Do little background checks on them, Ask if the have a EPVP Account, If so ask for there name, Then use advance search to view that user name. See if its got any threads about them coding. If it does, Have them send you a PM to confirm that it is there account and they are not telling you a fake account thats not theirs.
Quiz them about there knowledge about coding. If you find something weird about them, simply say: "Sorry, But I can't accept you." They dont need a reason behind it. I think that YOU have a right as a server owner to do a little background research. And you have the right to refuse any service you want from anyone. This is just a tip, You don't have to use it if you don't want to. I'm simply trying to help.

I couldn't agree with you more. Every owner out there should do checks on anyone they want to bring into their team. Even if they have a good record of coding, working on Eo. You should always at least test them tests to show what they do indeed know.

I would also recommend that you always start the people out at a low rank, and then as they show the potential then you can always advance them through the ranks as needed.
