Register Page

Hey guys could you help me to make a register page for my shaiya?
I used the search button and found some things but im new to this things and didnt understand much...
So could you explain it abit to me?

What crazy said.. the 2nd link will show you exactly how to set up a reg. page.. and you dont need a ingle bit of php or web experience (i know, cuz i set mine up the other day using that guide with no experience) use google to find some php teaching guides..

learn some stuff, then you might understand it a bit better than just having it all given to you..
how do you expect to run a server + a site if you dunno what php is or does?
