RSB-Changer - best time

Hi!

What time is the best for rsb-changer?
I have this (in ms, x4/rsb):
1. ~3009/509
2. ~5200/302
Maybe have you better time?? ;)

Which RSB-Changer is better, from DOHT or DHP? Maybe have you better RSB-Changer?

Because nevermind if in yourscreen you get 250k of dmg ..

The point is swich rsb more fast than your enemy
