CABAL8 channels low, norma rate

in cabal 18 theyre now 15 channels i think but the 8 and 9 have lower rates has enyone read enywhere if that hapens in the 9 or higher channels cuz i get to the channel 6 and its fine i havent tried 10 or 11 does anyone know if there are lower rates in other channels?

9,10 got lower rates.
dunno why.

yeah so far i think 9 and 10 are the only ones that have lower rates but sometimes are the only ones avaiable :D
