[HELP] MsgServer keeps shutting down

when i turn my MsgServer it shuts down...if anyone knows what to do post it here thnx

check to make sure all the IP's match as well as the server names. Its a common error.

If your config.ini and shell.ini are perfect and your sure if your using navicat and saved a backup, run it and it should work i got the same thing when i was changing things in cq_user when i ran the backup which i saved just before hand it rank perfectly
