Yea i have the same problems as john315, when i put the file to conquer/c3/effects and then close the folder or even with it still open, and then launch conquer, the effect wont go on...i tried to put the "Grey Dragon Rb Glow" from the other thread i read... if some 1 could help me out, would appreciate it, thanks. Btw, actually none of the edits i try to install work.
