I dont use anything but paypal and it says im not lvl 80 or higher... Im not some stupid turk thats going to charge back i dont think its fair... How am i supposed to buy sp tickets and an avatar if i cant buy the silk...

You can try the other methods but not PayPal.
And you can only pay full amounts of money like 10, 25, 50, 100

try to find a exchange site where u can change the paypal into the psc, u will pay 2-3 more $ but it's very good, i once used it and i had my psc number in 2-3hrs
