Any Developers that want Player Feedback?

So, I, with the assistance of some input from from other shaiya players, have put together a 39 page piece of player feedback (manifesting itself in more of a guide) that I would like to give to someone planning on making a server with previous experience, or revising a server and looking for what some players have to say about the setup of a server.
Post here or PM me if you would like to get a copy of it, and if you are wondering what I am wanting to get from it, I am just looking for a server that I can play on, that hopefully won't close in a couple months or get ruined with common problems for servers.
*Note* I realize that I posted something similar a couple weeks ago, but it was made with a somewhat misrepresenting title, with misinformation, and a "text wall" that turned people off apparently.

39 pages is quite long...
What are the suggestions about? Drops? PvP?

I'm asking because yes I am interested in reading it.
Although I've had issues with my last servers due to staff issues.
I won't have those issues this time because I will be working on it alone.
I'm not sure when I will be done with it because I really want to put everything into this one.

It covers drops somewhat, slight revisions to PvP, revisions to general game mechanics, skill revisions, so it covers a wide range of things. It comes in 3 different guides. The first one is 31 pages long. It is an overall summary guide, covering a vast range of things. The second is only 4 pages long and it is a list of revisions to the shaiya guild system (GRB and the Guild House is a main focus). The third is an event guide, essentially outlining different ways to go about putting up events then throwing down an MM every other day. The second 2 are pretty well organized within themselves, the first one has an actual table of contents. I'd love to talk to you on skype or something, maybe even through the e pvpers PM system hahaha. up to you

I also cover how to make your money for server upgrades and other things without pissing off the general players.
