ok i've get past the webstarter core error (???? ??? ???? ????), and now when i click on the webzen webpage START GAME, my computer is doing something and than nothing happens... i can also spam the button START GAME and nothing happens damn help me plsss!! I have reinstalled the game and the starter, i have deleted browser history, cleaned register, run/install the game with: run as administrator, restarted my PC several times, tried with different browsers and so on... THE PROBLEM IS STILL HERE :/
my PC specs:
2GB RAM
500GB HD
2.20gHz intel core2Duo
GeForce GTS 250 1GB
Windows 7 (64x)

uninstall game AND delete it from regedit :) then re install it all and maybe it'll work :) if u dunno how to delete the key on regedit, go in windows start button => run ... => write "regedit", then in here click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE => click on software => webzen folder, delete it then now u can reinstall game and let's see if it works, thats what i purpose you to do, thats what i would do if i got the same problem :) gl dude, wishing i gave u the solution

i have already wrote an email to webzen admin and GM's.... no response from them.... that sux the most by webzen, no help is provided to players :/

i had this problem too long time ago, to play Korean Archlord vs Global Archlord and i couldn't play korean archlord coz inside this file CMStarterCore is missing web page([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]).
you can find this file at C:\Windows\SysWOW64

so the solution i found is to reinstall window 7 64bit and now i can play both version anytime and its been 4 month i never got that error again.

but i would like to help you through TeamViewer by using korean starter, if it doesn't work then the solution i alrdy said above.
