yea i private server rerun would be insane. but if anything were to change they would have to completely re-write everything to the client. and putting databases together and waht not.. might take maybe 2-3 years before you see one t start.

Summing up: Private Servers for an MMORPG are released when:
1. Somebody got their hands onto the server software (which is unlikely)
or
2. Somebody (most likely a group of people) made the effort of decrypting the various game files and packages sent to the server to decypher how the server works.
This however, is a process that takes quite long, so given the fact that age of conan is ~3months old it is highly unlikely that a priv server will be released in the near future.
There are even games like FFXI that have been out for a long time and there is still no working priv server. Reason:
Method One not possible (or likely)
And Method Two only had one attempt i know of which got slaughtered by square enix as priv servers are considered highly illegal.
So if you want to play the game soon, buy it like everyone else of us did :P
If it werent for the yet vast amount of bugs, i`d say it was more than worth it.
Oh and if somebody really finds a link to a priv, go on and post it :)

lol it aint a server dude.. Dont click on registeror anything cause the pages have virus uploaders, basicly you get a virus from visiting them.
