i want to try to get every Hour or 10 Min ... from my Private Server cps cuz im voting. What i have to do to Vote more times in hour ?

Restart my Router ?
CCleaner ?

yeah restarting your router means changing your IP, or you can use some proxies which will change your IP without restarting the router!

Depends on company. Some company's give static IP on cable! I would go with proxy :)
