mhm idont know whats rong with my server if some one can help me that would be nice [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] <.< is that bcuz iam using wind7 :?

Please read the post by Arco. You should figure out the problem by reading that.

Your OldCODB folder (the database) its not in C:\\
Make sure its in C:\\ also see what its the path in Config.ini.
