Going off of the rough translation from Skititlez... I'd say the message of this is because of our release, a disaster has happened in Taiwan. And also, those who use the mod, don't think you won't be caught and banned. No point in saying a disaster is happening in any single place... All the servers without this shit patched are having a disaster; which, I think, none of them do. Can't wait to see our servers shut down for a while.

A long-term server downtime is not happening for us. TW Mabi isn't run by Nexon, so they have a level of competence you can't expect from Nexon.
