If ur using Arcadia repack 1.2 or redemption 1.2 u should not get this problem.

He got his server from a third party site, which hosts an older repack.
There are some nice guides however (interesting for devs, almost worthless for leechers)
Personally Id just use arcadia 1.2 as was posted above me.
