May someone (or everyone) explain step-by-step (please) on how to get and use Mabipak

I am just really noob and tried and read everything. I still fail, I appreciate all the countless helpings you guys give, but you may you please help me out.

Mabi Package Tool? Well, just select the package you want to open and select the file(s) you want to extract. Then right click and click the one with 'E' in brackets

1.download mabipake
2.Create a file called mabinogi.ini
3.put the core in mod folder
4.put the other .dll in mabi folder
5. If you still don't get it, gtfo and just do what a noob suppose to do.
