Question about the function of mod_honey.dll

I download files from here

then,
download mod_Honey.dll file.

and add mod_Honey.dll in mod\mod.txt

but,when I enter Mabinogi ,I do not find where to type the command of mod_Honey.dll.

I try to type it in the chat bubble, but it doesn't work....

1.where should I type the command ?(AlissaAnalyzer, hotate_support or....)

2.Should I inject the .dll first?

Please give me some idea to solve these question....
