[How] to make server

Hello all i need to know
how to make server like [Elitesilkroad]
so without bug please if you don't know how please don't comment :bandit:

got to c: / windows / drivers etc / system 32 -> delete it then restart your pc !

press alt + f4 and your server is ready ( dont forgot open f lock)

Or hold the start button on the computer for some seconds and never press it again
