Yes, it's the chinese client with all patches.
You can directly connect to the private server with this.
Just downlaod and extract it.
2nd part is finished in a few too.
Gonna add link for 2nd part asap.

It has the following:

Cabal Chinese Client
Cabal Chinese Update all 5
Private Chinese Server patch
My english patch, that translates: Skills, Quests, NPCs, Items and some system messages (like Exp & Skill Exp gained) into english

What you need to do:
Extract it somewhere
create Account for the private Server
create shortcut for cabalmain.exe

start it and go play.

It should not show the agreement screen, since it doesn't show it for me.

you are supposed to scroll all the way down then click the left button
