Log-ing FAIL

when i try to login to combat arms Game it says: "wrong password"
but i can login to the website none of my accounts is banned i wrote everything correct (ID PW) re-installed the game several times aand sent two tickets to Nexon ( one a week ago one some hours ago)

HELP i dont know what to do
i managed to log-in to a friends account but i cant log in to my accounts!!!
(i am DEFINITELY NOT BANNED - tripple-checked that)

any suggestions? anyone (perhaps with vista-laptop -.-) having the same problem?

• Cabs-Lock Activated?
• Clean your PC with CCleaner.
• Uninstall Combat Arms EU,download it and install.
• Make a new Account and Check if the problem persists

yes with both of my old accounts and with the new one.
remakebly i CAN log in to the website... AND i can log in to a FRIENDS account it always works... just my accounts dont... but i am definitely NOT banned

Ask a friend to create an account for u on his pc , and then try to login in this account =)

that would work... but id really want to be able to use my old account.. I played more than a year for it

customer support doenst help either ... they will "Investigate the matter"
-.- and i still cant play i miss more and more events :-( and that now that i dont have to go to work and could play longer :-/

please can someone help me?? my account is LT5 almost .. the silver thing^
and nexon seems unable to do something (anything) about it

please any suggestions what to do? i can login to friends accounts... some other people have the problem i have... and it doenst work on any other computer... its definitely a nexon made problem... which leads to the next question: HOW can nexon make SUCH a problem ACCIDENTELY??? didnt know thats possible?

Its a Nexon Bug. You have to change yout pw on the website or contact the support over this link:

Fill this into the text fields:
Category : combat arms - account related- change password .
title: i lost my password .
youll receive your new pw in a ticket a few days later

But if you have all informations, change it over the website

will i be able to change my password even though i dont know what date of birth i wrote in? ( i didnt trust nexon and didnt want em to know too much about me at the beginning :-/... )



also is therer any chance they "pay me back" for all equipment ive lost and events i missed? it clearly is a nexon-made- bug so why should I get the "damage"??

EDIT: besides i dont think changing my password would help at all.. i already tried making a NEW account and there i had the same problem from the very beginning.. and that password was "new"
