Card exploit

I've seen people with items on card slots. funny thing is the weapon or watever the item is compounded on recieves the effect of the item in the slot. according to the exploit list from Killyou its possible using a packet editor. If someone knows how please post how you do it here. i need a very detailed guide lol.

Lol everybody does need this (well i do) i saw it too in the server i was playing (nlRO) people with Poo Poo Hats Coumpounded on his Nameless Hero's Helm(NL Helm With 2 Slots)

I'm talking about putting an item into a slots as if it were a card. For example in Easy-e's case, he saw a char with a headgear [2] and 2 poo poo hats inside the slots.
