HACK: Socketing and Skill Book reading

Hello to everyone... Anyone here knows about a hack or guide to successfully read skill books (without using item mall scroll), and also successfully socketing spirit stones to weapons and armors?

Yes, I think you have to red the book with 99,99%... I think. :D
