Who can help me ,when i try to connect he give me always that C9 :( failed to connect to server C9 or C10 ...what mins that? Sry for this bad english:P

did you try to reinstall?

you must start the client with command line 0 /18 0 1,otherwise you'll get C9.
Simply use the sro launcher.

Or simple offical server bugs^^
