Use the link bane provided there is plenty of threads out there.
To teach/show u how to setup and edit your own server.
And as he stated if u run into any errors post them and someone will answer your question.
Really this has been posted many times when if done correctly u can setup your own in a matter of hours.
Anywhere from probably Ep3-Ep5 so what ever Episode u prefer.

Yeah i can understand that but unless u have a friend that u want to help u.
Most people won't help for free if u want to add staff members to help make a server fine but say that.
But be more specific it sounds like all u want it someone to setup a server for u.
And all u want it so play around as a GM the in game GM is the easy part.
It is easy to do that it is what u don't see that is the complicated part.
And i ain't trying to sound like a dick or anything.
Just be more specific what type of server u want.
Let people know who is reading this know what u want not just what Episode u are looking for.
There is plenty of people around looking to make servers u just need to talk with them.
Get to know people cause another bit of friendly advice is if u don't know them well personally don't trust them.
Cause u might end up getting burned.
