HELP!!!!!

Hello i need help its a real emergency....I set up my navicat and source and client for 5375...but when i try to debug the conquer_online_server....it keeps saying 'System.Data.SqlServerCe" cannot be found....

check the appserv's proc if it's still on and check if u wrote the configs right
