New chinese private server?

Ok i was searching in google for some private server´s and went to a forum and found this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] the website has an forum. I Dont know if this is a real private server and what´s the rates.. I need someone that understand chinese to check it out and say something.

its just me, or there are more..and more private servers now.

Does anyone know what to do. Im downloading the patches now BUT i have the fully updated OGplanet USA cabal.
