Need program's name and a partner to edit!

Well, hello! I am in serious mood to start editing armors and weapons in cabal!
Unfortunately, i don't know the name of the required program to open the .ebm :confused:
files :S the files that i want to open are here ->

C:\Program Files\CABAL Online (Europe)\Data\Item\

So, if anyone knows or has the program, it would be useful if he could help me!
Btw, if anyone is interested in helping me making a team to edit textures in cabal, it would be very nice :D /cheers!

wow your a smarty pants, but sorry to kill the fun, you wont be able to get the stuff out of .ebm files, not with any know program + the armor files aren't in there.

well they made it with lineage, and i had changed some things in L2 myself...
btw i know armors arent there -.- i just give an example...

u can use visual basic to open it.

I think alvin is rite in that you can use VB to open the files, I don't have time to help otherwise i would :).

or u can use packer+unpacker program but i'm not sure which one to open the ebm type of format.

BlueOsmium to replace Mithril? I hate Mith weapons they suck :).
