Private server help! plz

hi i am trying to make a private server everything is working fine it opens but when i try to log in the gm account ( vitinho444 ) i get failed to connect to server c9 i dont know why i tried with another account aswell same problem what can i do to fix it please let me know. thank you!! i am using SSE btw. and am following vitinho444's guide. thank you

i think tha problem into your DB dont leave it Null chack your characterinfo and make it 3 not 0
