there are some things in the string that you can not change, you may be changing that ...

may be it's not , try to translate 1 word

such as from

code 2 # Connecting
{
Connect to XXX
}

to

code 2 # Connecting
{
接続
}

Client stil crash when type ID+pass and click connect.

ok,let me get this straight ... you are putting the IP of the host in this part or is there just translating?

I edited allmost All UI strings and Buttons to German
without anything done on dekaron.exe

I just replaced the english Names with the German Names
Works perfect without any Crashs

The Client just reads the Signs entered in the stringtables,
doesn t matter which language

for example:

My new Loginmessages (stringtable_system):

<cate> 100 # Messages during Log-in Process

code 1 # Checkouting
{
Wähle Character....
}

code 2 # Connecting
{
Verbinde zum Server.
}

code 3 # Logging in
{
Logge ein zum Server.
}

code 4 # Login successful
{
Sie sind mit dem Server verbunden.
}

code 5 # Saving character info
{
Speichere Character Information.
}

code 6 # Exiting program
{
Beende Programm.
}

code 7 # 18 and over
{
Diese Spiel ist FSK 18+.
}

it is very easy to translate them into another language remember most our client were translated to English from Korean ur problem maybe that its not accepted by the client u may have to save it as a ANSI encoded text file. The characters in the Unicode format may get lost when u save it an turn into something like this ????????? format try saving like that an see what happens
