Start a pursuit first

Open you cheat engine select process list NFSW.exe
click memory view
press Ctrl+G and enter "00661498"
right click, choose "replace with code that does nothing"
and the pursuit time freezes at 0:00
is this the real address??

I hope people who are good at cheat engine can help me point out the next step...

Then you freeze it and you can do pursuits and it'll be locked at 0:00.

I thinks it's just d other way around. Don't freeze it but edit the value to a much larger value to get the most time in a single pursuit like 3600 for 1 hour pursuit time...

Maybe, but dont replace with nothing, make that it would add time. But its more advanced than just changing the value,so i recommend you to learn some more of CE.Cause idk if you know how to write script.

It's not the real time counter that you're freezing if you change that value ,
it's only the visual one.

Sample : if you simply change xmm0 ---> xmm1 the visual counter is set to 0 and doesnt change , but after changing xmm1 back to xmm0 , you'll see the real timer again ( ofcouse with the passed time ) .

So , like doviss said : learn bit more about C.E and you should manage to do what ever you want to ;)

Is it something related to the cheat engine tutorial "code injection" in step 7?

Well half part yeah or just the basic, but you wont do the add timer hack if you will only know how to write a script.Cause script is same like normal addres, but its more advanced,so you can do better cheating stuff.

Seems like you know a lot about cheat engine...could you hint me how to find the real address? Because what I did is convert the timer into second...and they all end up to be visual timer.
