Import models into 3d max?

Hi All

I don't know if this is a right place to ask, please move it to the right place if i made a mistake.

Basically, is it possible to import model or weapons into 3d max or other software?

I used the data.pak unpacker to upack it but don't know how to import it into 3ds max.

Please kindly help.
