help me find out about crc :)

I'm working on a way to bypass crc check on dekaron.exe, to use an old one, but the only thing i'm missing is a way to calculate the right value for the file i want to use.

here it is:

dekaron.exe bmr 3.0.4 CRC32 = Hex: BDF057A4 Decimal: 3186644900

Value expected from the game: Dekaron_CRC32 3054481166


This is the LEGIT dekaron.exe and the legit values, i can't figure out the connection.
Here are the values for dekaron_nsse.exe too, maybe helps figuring out the algorithm.

Value expected from the game: Dekaron_nsse_CRC32 4124792140

lol the Dekaron_nsse_ has nothing to do with Dekaron idk i just think its there for kicks

BUT if you unpack Dekaron.exe and look inside it u can find alot of stuff about it :P

there is something that flags the CRC check on

bCRC in the data.pak but i havent messed with it much my hacks work perfectly lol

Unpack dekaron.exe? Where's the link to the program?

Are you saying odbg110? to unpack Dekaron.exe? And what hack are you talking abt that work perfectly?:cool:

nevermind, i found another solution :) Any mods can close this topic if needed :)
