Testin to be a GM?

Well ,, i was just looking for a server there i could just test to be a GM for some days. Pleas PM me if i can. :)

No info regarding experience, age, reasons for wanting to be a GM. Wow sounds very legit and trustworthy.

Most servers have there GMs u can always ask i guess. But most won't let u just test to be a GM. If u read up on it u can setup your own test server in like 1-3 hours depending on how much u know. Even shorter if u follow the directions. But gonna have to agree with Rise u didn't post any previous knowledge or experience. So most if not all won't even consider it not to sound to much like a dick. But GL if u do find someone to let u.

If you are just looking to "test yourself as a GM" the best way is to set up your own personal server, there are plenty of tutorials with videos and such which will lead you on the right way so you could set it up perfectly, and you won't even need to edit almost anything because you are not going to release it, just mess around with GM powers.

As Syn said, it might take you 3 hours top, if you follow all the tutorials that you need it might take you just a couple of hours to get it all right.

Or join a server... and work ya way up.
They get to know you... you get to know them, build trust.
It might work... when they need people they will ask people on the server first.

I don't know how to make one >.> And the programs i need to dl is might gona be to hard to use. So i need someone to make me one .. :mad:

Ofcourse it won't let me test to be a GM. I have always dreamed about to be/testing a GM. But it will never happen >.>

If you would have worked at it, you would already have a test server up, it's not hard at all.

I made my first server with no video, no tut at all really, just some EP3 server file's, and what Zero posted, I had low MSSQL background, (I knew MySQL so a bit of a background), but here is a video [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .

omg you still try to find a stupid admin who lets you play.
Go n setup your own local server ALONE... its not hard as i told you yesterday.
And noone will let you play if you have no knowledge about shaiya servers and how to setup them. And you need to trust your GMs and i don't trust you so sry.

Urm .. it dosen't seems like the tut. from that Zero did make. And i'm also afraid for to just get virus on my comp..
It will also take over a week for me to make the server :\

Any of those tutorials or the files they contain have any virus on them, if you had checked the board rules if someone post a file which contains a virus, that person will get banned, so, if a thread has been stickied, it means that the files have been checked already and have no viruses.

If you had been working on a server instead of looking for excuses for you to not to make it, you would've gotten your server up already...
