storm cd problem, need help.

Hey guyz

I got a stormmage on s1, and I tried storm cooldown ... but it didnt worked well ..
heres what i did, actually every other cooldowns are working ...

i searched "mage-42", took the first 4 letters . bla bla u know...

actually, if i search for value 180000 and 4000 i find 3 adresses ( for the 3 stroms)

when i put them all on 0, my storms get casted very fast and it storms, but when i try to cast another one, it says "Thunder Strom could not be executed"

Did I anything wrong? Help me pls >.>.

already tried ... dont work ...

i can cast 1 storm, then theres no cooldown, then i want to cast another one, it shows the storm ball, but then there stands "Thunder strom could not be executed" ... i have to wait 3 minutes then i can cast another one ...

could it be that the cooldown from thunder storm is server side or sth? >.> pls help me

die storm cooldowns wurden mal gefixt, als es zu viele spieler gab, die irgendwo gleich 12312313 storms gemacht haben, seitdem funktioniert das nicht mehr, ich denke mal serverside gemacht oder ka
nur noch die castingzeit funzt noch
schade aber castingzeit bringt auch ne menge ;)
