how to open CE or 3rd program on that server?

Theres 2 ways :
- search here the program that removes that protection ;
- have some program that controls the accesses that each program does to others. my firewall has this feature, i just say yes or no and he cant close CE or WPE :D

UCE is an alternate version of CE, so that doesnt get detected.
