Account hacker.. someone please help

hy all, i`m sorry if does exist another topic with the same subject, and i made another one, but i need some help.
Monday night i logged off from game for 1 hour.
After 1 hour i tryied to login again, but didn`t worked out
Someone changed my password
I got to joymax website, and tryied to change it, but didn`t worked out because that person changed my email to, it seams was someone with all homework made.
I don`t know who is it, or how he did it.
I just want my account back.
I want your all opinion, about this, and who can help me out.
Since them i sent 2 emails to Joymax, 1st to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and second to..hm [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] as i remember well.
I got no answer, more i sent this to bug report, i told them my problem.
Nothing yet.
i think they don`t wanna take care of it, or just don`t read emails.
I spent some good money on this account.
I have proves that is mine. screenshots since lvl 42 to lvl 74 the last level, with my unique killings, i can tell them the email ..the old one, with that email i buyed silk, i will try to do anything to take it back.
my last idea was to talk with a GM but i don`t know how to PM them, or at least i tryed like this $[GM]Gargamel ....bla bla bla.. and said not online, i tryied with "a lot of GM`s" ... but said not online, or cannot find... but i think gargament is almost all the time online, help me out pm one, and tell me what GM`s u do know.

is a little bit.. hard to ..see it.. why? well ... it seams .. that the guy was romanian..;) from my country...and as i said..they don`t make multiclients..or some of this shits..and about bot.. i use Payed ISRO..;) and i still wait for some...help..solution...

First of all you should have email verified your account, that way he wouldnt be able to change your email or password.

Now that it's gone you'll have to restart on a new account since joymax doesn't return

dude, i asked how can i pm a GM ? and what GM`s are available to PM .. :| maybe in this way i can do something

Besides there are no GM's in this game.

GM doesnt do anything like that.
But for changing your PW he had to know your ID, your e-mail & your Secret Answer. Or your ID, PW and your Secret Answer.
So how should anyone hack this without knowing min. 2 of them? ;)

i think i found out who is it, i want to send him a keylogger, but i don`t know how, i found some programs.. but still don`t work, maybe i don`t to like in tutorial, or i don`t know, but i think if i am sending him a keylogger, i will get the account back .. :| ..

You arent the first, who think about sending others or the Hacker, who hacked his Account, a Keylogger.
If he really hacked your account, he wouldnt be so stupid to fall for a keylogger.
If you know who he is, then go to him and get your account back.

lol yh look him up.. hackers are p.ussy's, I know what I would do if I found out who stole my account ;) he wouldn't be hacking for a while that's for sure :P

no but you can make a cashback if you bought Silk in the last 6 weeks. Then your old Account will get banned and he cant use him anymore.^^
