Private Server in Visual Basic 6.0, possible?

Hello fellow elitepvpers! I was wondering if anyone knows the following:

Did anyone succeed in making a working private server, written in Visual Basic 6.0?

If you can't answer that question, then try this:

Do you think it's possible to make a Conquer Online private server, written in Visual Basic 6.0?

Of course it's possible. VB6 is a turing complete, and is capable of interacting with any Windows API functions and other DLL's using the __stdcall convention. Why anyone would want to make a private server in VB6 is beyond me though.

Personally though, I prefer VB6, C# SUCKS big time :o
