You are looking for a guide on mod_motion then. Its a basic pake mod so just do what you would do with any other pake mod...
1. put the dll in ur mod folder
2. add the dll to the mod text file
3. enjoy

no just the packet how do i send them? like send the anim packets like if i wanted to do 5=CombatWindMillRising
