When I put these codes

#insert_item(5020565, 1, 250, 1, "Karrom")
#insert_item(540037, 1, 1, 1, -2147483648, "Karrom")

Does not always work
Sometimes works and sometimes does not I do not know why

Karrom = name Character
Please help
