CabalRider not working for EU ?

I log in in cabalRider ..start the game ..after loading is done i type in my acc. and pass..and either the game stops working there or when i try to login to any channel ..
Also when i exit CabalRider i get something like todo.exe stopped working .. and in the worst case scenario i cant open any programs after without restarting the pc ..
