cabal rider 1.3 error

when i try to use cabal rider 1.3, after connected
it gives me always the message

connection time out..
retry login...

in public chat

and if i use warps it desconnects me...


what is the problem? thank you...

does it give the same problem to u? for me is not utilizable anymore...
