How to write with different colors on world channel?

Hey
i have seen different people writting on world channel using different colors, it looks like when you press Ctrl+ press on any item to show it to someone but they have different colors [red/green/purple..etc] and they change the text to whatever they want.. so anyone know how i can do?

Thanks alot dude.. how can i change it for more colors other than brown?

Last set of numbers change the colours.

Basically the numbers generate the colour. Change em and you'll have different colours. 000000 000001 for example is black.
