Need Help with Modifying Conquer.exe

Hi guys out there.. i absolutely have no clue how to do this..

First of all i downloaded the new cracked Conquer.exe from the Hack/Tools-Forum and replaced the original File. Since it didn´t solve my Problems iw as wondering if someone could tell me how to replace the lines which make the patch number of the exe for eg if its for patch 5023 or for 5022 but leave the complete rest of the date as it was.

I´ve attached the Conquer.exe i´ve donloaded so if ppl need it they don´t need to go to the other Section :)

Please help me to do it or if its easy do if ro me ^^

1. open your unmodified Conquer.exe using an hex editor. eg, HexWorkshop, UltrEdit
2. You'll see a lot of weird characters. Use the search function and do a case sensitive search for "English"
3. Change the capital 'E' in "English into 'e', and you've activated multiclient function.


I think i am good enough giving you the info above. 14post, 6thanks, that makes you obviously a leecher. Learn to use search button. There are at least 3 or 4 guides here teaching you how to make multi or clear pop-ups.

Thanks.. thats a start already for me.. u know.. i don´t want a multi but i want to modify the multi so it´ll has an other patchnumber but leave the rest of the data as it is

and another thing.. of course i´m a leecher.. everyone has started like this i´m not asking anyone to do the work.. but to explain me.. i´m not to lazy to work alone... if i can get this to run i could do something for the community someday
