Have Problem On Server Patch Config

I open shaiya private server(Server Patch Config) click start all arrows turns start but after they stop what ı do ?

So what are u saying they do go to green arrows and u don't know what to do next. Well if u have your server working go and type these. First right click them and hit Command.

Login01= /vchkoff
Game= /nprotectoff
Game= /exp2xenable is to set your exp rate

If that is what u are talking about otherwise your question was kinda vague. But then u should be able to login but again your question was not to clear so hope it helped.

noo all arrows start after they pause every time :S

So they start then pause if that is the case. They are not responding that your server is installed. Try and uninstall then reinstall it should help if u did it correctly.
