Duplicate Error

Hey guys its me , iam sure u remember me so well , when i was inserting 190gear into database , i didnt find em ingame , so i opened database (Cq_itemtype) and i only found the l190 Engine , so i decided to insert em manually , when i insert spear ID (331269) i get an error when saving "1062-Duplicate entry '331269' for key 1' !!
so what does it mean and what do i need to do to solve it ?
P.S i changed ID type from int to bigint , and still no use !

after you have them all in the db try using VIP level upgrade from lv 185 to 190, its one of the only ways to get them *usually they dont drop unless you edit the map drops*

okay i will try this but i changed ItemType.dat because the one uploaded by eslameltamy is broken , no item ingame is visual or has any effect , will this replace affect the database SQL files update.

Well , i just excuted the SQL files , and ingame i could put the 185 gear and i see the 190 but i cant upgrade , at first , my friend saw me with the 190 gear when i wasnt abe to see my self in em , so i knew that the problem is in my client , i installed eslam's patch and all the items were broken , no item , no visual , no effect ! , i manually extraced his patch , copied all files except for shop.dat and itemtype.dat , so i wonder if someone can get these files working ?
