[ZSZC] Loader Problem

Ok i really need heal for some odd reason my computer wont start this Private_Server_Loader.exe It say can not start program because it is side-by-side application o.0? So can anyone tell me how to fix this or put link to another Loader That has Redirct Ip Etc in it or tell me how to make one?

yeap , i got the same problem , and i think u are using windows vista , because the windows vista cant read that file it looks like deleted one , and then it froving u some fu,vking errors , better try to download windows 7 home premium or what ever , becasue i had windows 7 before and it works good on it. BTW if eny one know with loader works on windows vista just poste here..
