Perhaps you should have read the OP's website they posted up stating that not many NPCs work and Mobs don't work.

@OP: Perhaps, rather then jumping straight into Private Server hosting, you should learn some programming to make your server stand out.

At the current moment, what is there to entice people into joining your server over say, CONorth or Qonquer ?

You should really look into checking this out a bit more mate :)
