Problems with rappelz

Hi i have a problem with starting rappelz.

When the anty cheat software is loading my screen goes blue and my pc resarts.

I have no bot or sth.

Plz help me!

do u have INTERNET EXPLORER INSTALLED ? any firewall or anti virus installed? do u use XP or VISTA?

I have reinstalled my computer 2 times and than rappelz started ô.Ô
