where are the language files? . i am from latin american and want to translate into spanish.

there are no language files, you have to manually translate every part of the game to your respective language.

You could start with the cq_action in the database. It'll keep you busy for a while.

over half the tables in the database and something like a 100 ini's and dats in the client.

you have cq_actions in english? because it is in japanese or korean

It's in codepage 936 which appears as junk ascii characters on a non CN system.
I am not handing anyone nearly 2yrs worth of translations.

2years, this is including direct edits in exe and dlls converting codepage 936 to 437 in both client and server side. Not just a couple npc edits. Translating things that aren't even english in official.

navicat wont translate that into readable Chinese you need to install Chinese language packs on your pc if you are translating them on your pc that is

he means he started his work 2 years ago and continues updating and adding things. Any fool can translate the action table and few ini's in clients but to translate other things is a real developer. I don't doubt your ability's jay i know you can handle the basics, but you are far, far from reaching shadows ability's.
